Birchcliff Native Wildflower 'Peace' Garden - Community Planting

Come plant native wildflowers at the Birchcliff Village ‘Peace’ Garden and see first hand how butterfly and bird habitats are created. Also, learn about gardening with native plants in your own backyard. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather. Trowels and gloves will be provided, but bring your own if you have them.

Enjoy snacks, refreshments and great door prizes. Students earn three community service hours for participating in this event. This event is brought to you with support from Toronto and Region Conservation, the Kingston Road East Business Association, Mural Routes, Scarborough Arts Council and the City of Toronto.
